Our college admission preparation is a targeted and efficient way for students to improve the specific skills and strategies required to improve their scores.
Our program is not a group or one-size-fits-all approach; instead, we provide students with a personalized tutoring experience that tailors instruction to their strengths and weaknesses. Students receive one-on-one attention focused on their specific needs.
What to expect
- Students take a diagnostic test before beginning classes to determine their strengths and weaknesses. From here, we create a customized curriculum to focus on areas of improvement.
- All classes are semi-private; maximum class size is 3 students per instructor with an average ratio of 2 to 1. Students are assigned homework based on the topics reviewed during class.
- We focus on both skill fundamentals and learning strategic approaches to the different question types. Students learn how to manage their time, tackle each question, and perform their best.
- Practice makes perfect! Students are invited to take full-length practice tests using our digital SAT software. Students have access to either 2, 3 or 4 practice tests and reviews included with the program, and more can be purchased as needed.
Flexible Schedule. Set up a schedule that works best for your family. Each session is 3 hours long and is split between math and LA.
Class Includes:
- Diagnostic SAT/ACT prior to starting class
- Customized, need-based workplan for each student
- 3-hour long classes focused on areas where your student needs to improve
- 2-3 hours of homework material per visit
- Digital SAT or ACT practice tests with review
- All materials and software
- Flexible schedule: purchase a book of 8, 12 or 16 visits and schedule online.
Missed Classes
There are no accommodations for any missed class. We will provide you with a weekly detail of topics covered during each class in case a class is missed.
To keep course costs low we only provide refunds under limited circumstances. Upon registration, 50% of your course fee automatically becomes a non-refundable administrative fee; this is included in the price of every course. If you decide to cancel prior to the Monday before the scheduled start date of your course, we will refund your course fee minus the 50% non-refundable administrative fee. There are no refunds after the Monday prior to the start date of the program.
