HSPT Prep

The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is used by most parochial high schools as an admission determinant. These local schools include Christian Brothers Academy, Trinity Hall, Red Bank Catholic, St John Vianney, and St. Rose High School. It is a demanding and time-sensitive test: the nationwide average is 50%, and the first 60 questions must be completed within 16 minutes.

This program is designed for students applying to private high schools this year. This course not only familiarizes students with the format and timing of the tests, it also reviews essential verbal and math skills and strategies. The goal of this program is to increase overall test-taking competence and confidence for this difficult test. 

Includes:

• 15 hours of instruction over 5 classes
• Homework with review from each class
• 3 full-length exams with comprehensive results
• All class materials and online resources
