Winter Practice Tests

The holiday break is a great opportunity for students to complete full-length practice before test day.

Once students have developed the necessary skills, practice testing becomes one of the most important parts of preparation. Taking multiple tests helps students become comfortable with the format and pacing of the exam, recognize common question types, identify weaknesses, and determine which strategies work best for them.

Structure

Students begin by completing a full-length Math and Language Arts practice test under timed testing conditions. 

After the test, students receive their results and spend the remaining time reviewing questions that require additional attention. We will review missed questions, reinforce important skills, discuss alternate solving methods, and work on test-taking strategies.

Practice tests also help students prepare for the real testing experience by improving time management, focus, pacing, answer gridding, and overall familiarity with the exam.
